Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how MP Connect (the “Service”) collects, uses, and protects information when you authorize it to access your QuickBooks Online (“QBO”) company file.

The Service is owned and operated by Mobility Plus IP LLC (“Mobility Plus,” “we,” “us”) for the purpose of franchise royalty reporting and standard franchisor oversight of franchisee financial performance.

What we collect

When you authorize the Service via Intuit OAuth, we receive and store:

• A QuickBooks Online refresh token allowing the Service to read data from your authorized company file
• Your Intuit-assigned company ID (realm ID) and Mobility Plus store code
• The date and time of your authorization

On demand, when an authorized Mobility Plus user runs a report, the Service reads the requested report from your QBO file (for example, a cash-basis Profit & Loss for a specified period). We do not bulk-export or warehouse your transaction-level data.

What we do not collect

• We do not collect or store individual transaction details unless explicitly required for a report
• We do not access payroll data
• We do not collect personal information about your customers
• We do not place tracking cookies or analytics on franchisee browsers

How we use your data

Data accessed through the Service is used exclusively to:

• Calculate royalty payments owed under your franchise agreement
• Provide Mobility Plus Corporate with standard franchisor oversight
• Generate reports requested by authorized Mobility Plus personnel

Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third party that is not directly involved in operating the Service. Specifically:

• Mobility Plus IP LLC and its authorized personnel access your data through this Service as part of the franchise relationship and for system administration
• Render Inc. hosts the Service and may have incidental access to data as part of providing hosting services
• Intuit Inc. provides the underlying QuickBooks Online API and is governed by its own privacy policy

Where data is stored

OAuth tokens and minimal connection metadata are stored on servers operated by Render Inc., located in the United States. Refresh tokens are stored in an encrypted SQLite database accessible only to the Service.

Your rights

You may revoke the Service’s access to your books at any time:

• From inside QuickBooks Online: Apps → My Apps → MP Connect → Disconnect
• By contacting us at the email below to request token revocation and deletion of stored metadata

Disconnection takes effect immediately and revokes all further data access.

Security

• All data in transit is protected by TLS (HTTPS)
• OAuth credentials are stored encrypted at rest
• Administrative access to the Service requires email, password, and two-factor authentication
• The Service follows the principle of least privilege

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to franchisees via Mobility Plus.
